Diversant Leadership Team Supports Non-Profit Organizations and Starts STAR Veterans Program
Information technology staffing agency, Diversant LLC and their leadership team, including John Goullet support the local community by devoting time and financial donations. Our leaders and employees volunteer to various non-profits to promote education, specifically STEM (Science, Technology, Education and Mathematics). From mentoring to other business enterprises owned by minorities to sharing their best practices, the volunteers make every effort to fulfill their obligations. Diversant supports good causes for U.S. veterans who have served in the military and started the STAR Veterans Program.
STAR focuses primarily on helping U.S. veterans enter the workforce after serving in the military and honorably released from duty. Many veterans in America experience tough times in the job marketplace as they adapt to civilian life again. The program accepts talented veterans by helping them build a promising career in the field of technology. It incorporates classroom instructions, training, and job placement with some of Diversant’s Fortune 500 Company clients for temporary or full-time positions.
Participants in the STAR Veterans Program must meet certain criteria, such as a BA or BS degree, proficient skills in Microsoft Office, and others. One important criteria that must be met is to have an honorable status as a veteran. Veterans who successfully completes the program and passes an employment background check are hired as Consultants. Our Diversant Consultants are offered a comprehensive benefit package and salary while working with one of the largest minority owned staffing companies in the United States.
John Goullet is the former owner of Info Technologies and merged the business with Diversant Incorporation to establish Diversant LLC. His passion for technology is revealed in his career and philanthropy initiatives to promote diversity, job placement, and STEM education. He and the leadership team volunteer their time and make contributions to Program for Acceleration in Careers of Engineering (PACE). They also sponsor Marion P. Thomas Charter School Foundations; Harlem Business Alliance; and Congressional Black Caucus Foundation. The STAR Veterans Program was established and implemented by Diversant LLC to provide job opportunities for talented and qualified veterans in the technology field.
